The hands can be tied in a simple way with a rope, since your ability to move them will be extremely restricted when they are firmly pulled away from you.
Take a piece of rope and make a noose at each end, as shown on the drawing below. You can put glue on the knots in advance, but I think there is no need to do this. You will not be able to reach the knots. The nooses must be large enough, (with a length of app. 15cm), so that you can easily stick one hand through them. Now in order to tie the hands, stick one hand through one noose. After that, tie the rope around both hands in eight form. When you have reached the end of the rope, you put the other noose over one of your hands. That is all. There is no problem if both nooses end up on the same hand. Now it is still easy to get your hands out of this rope, but when your hands are pulled tight, you will be unable to free yourself.
